Booking Condition
By reserving the lounge, the customer accepts our terms and conditions.

The reservation is free of charge, only a minimum purchase is required.
• RESERVATIONS only for those over 18! • The entrance fee is included for the person making the reservation! • For all others, the entrance fee and the minimum daily consumption apply. • Please bring ID with you. • Neat appearance. • Guests: Don’t forget your parental consent form. • Reservations do not bypass a ban on entry. Even with a reservation, entry may be refused.
• On the day of your reservation, please report to the cashier upon entry. The remaining minimum consumption amount for the person making the reservation must then be paid in advance. You will receive a corresponding credit on your chip card and can use it to order drinks. The specified minimum purchase applies to the entire lounge, regardless of the number of people in the lounge.
Some lounges are not available every day.
What does minimum spend mean? Drinks must be purchased from us for the specified amount (€100/€200). It doesn’t matter whether they are individual drinks or bottles.
How and when do I have to pay the minimum spend? When making a reservation online, half of the minimum spend is paid in advance. The remaining amount is due at the cash register upon entering the restaurant. Simply check in with the girls at the cash register and then pay the remaining minimum spend of €100/€200. In return, you will receive one or two cards with a €100 credit. You can then use this card to buy drinks at any bar. Once the credit is used up, the card will continue to count up to €60, just like on any other evening.
What other costs are involved? As the reservationist, you only pay the minimum purchase. Your guests each receive their own ticket and pay the advertised entrance fee and minimum consumption as usual.
Until what time is the lounge reserved for us? The lounge is reserved for you until 11:30 PM. (Longer reservations only by arrangement.) If you are not there by then and have not informed us of a delay, we will release the lounge again.
Do we have to wait in line? NO! You have priority access. Simply skip the line and tell our security that you have a lounge reservation. You’ll then be allowed through the VIP entrance.
Cancelation Condition
Vip-Loungereservierungen gelten als fest vereinbart. Du kannst Deine Lounge bis einen Tag vorher kostenfrei stornieren. Der Anzahlungsbetrag wird Dir dann auf Deine nächste Lounge-Reservierung gutgeschrieben. Bei kurzfristigerer Stornierung verfällt der vorausbezahlte Mindestverzehrbetrag.
