Booking Condition
By reserving the lounge, the person making the reservation accepts our terms and conditions. For inquiries: vip-lounge@dancing-park.com The reservation is free of charge, only a minimum purchase is due. • RESERVATIONS only from 18 years of age! • The entry fee is included for the person making the reservation! • For everyone else, the entry price and the minimum consumption apply. • Everyone please bring ID • Neat appearance • Guests: don’t forget parental consent form • Reservations do not bypass a ban from the premises. Entry can also be refused with a reservation. • On the day of the reservation, please report to the cashier upon entry. The minimum consumption must then be paid in advance. You will receive the corresponding credit on your chip card and can use this to order drinks. The specified minimum purchase applies to the entire lounge, regardless of how many people are in the lounge. Some lounges are not available on all days. What does minimum purchase mean? Drinks must be purchased from us for the specified amount (100€/200€). It doesn’t matter whether it’s individual drinks or bottles. How and when do I have to pay the minimum purchase and the deposit? The minimum purchase is due at the cash register upon entering the establishment. You simply report to the girls at the cash register and then pay the minimum purchase of €100/€200. In return, you will receive one or two cards with a €100 credit. You can then use this card to buy drinks at all bars. Once the credit is used up, the card counts up as normal up to €60.00, just like on any other evening. You also pay the deposit at the cash register. If nothing has happened, e.g., deliberate destruction, you will get it back in full when you leave the establishment. What other costs are there? As the RESERVATION PERSON, you only pay the minimum purchase (+ any deposit). Your guests will all receive their own card and pay the advertised entry fee and a €5 minimum consumption fee as normal. Until when is the lounge reserved for us? The lounge is reserved for you until 11:30 PM (longer stays only by arrangement). If you are not there by then and have not informed us of a delay, we will release the lounge. Do we have to wait in line? NO! You have priority access. Simply skip the line and inform our security staff that you have reserved a lounge. You will then be allowed to enter through the VIP entrance.
Cancelation Condition
Vip-Loungereservierungen gelten als fest vereinbart. Du kannst Deine Lounge bis einen Tag vorher kostenfrei stornieren. Der Anzahlungsbetrag wird Dir dann auf Deine nächste Lounge-Reservierung gutgeschrieben. Bei kurzfristigerer Stornierung verfällt der vorausbezahlte Mindestverzehrbetrag.
